What is CoachMADE?
The CoachMADE program is part of an international research project funded by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to develop a professional development program for coaches to prevent current and future willingness to dope in adolescent sport, and help support and develop communication and motivation techniques.
CoachMADE will be the first published coach-centered intervention that will promote an anti-doping environment by focusing on how coaches communicate with their athletes in general, and about doping in particular.
Coaches who train competitive-level athletes are being invited to take part in the programme. Coaches participating in CoachMADE will have the opportunity to receive free workshops exploring anti-doping topics and motivational training that can be used when coaching athletes.
CoachMADE is a fantastic opportunity to receive free professional training in the latest anti-doping information and evidence-based motivational and communication training.
